This is simply a countdown of the five best performances that we collectively saw! 

A film’s narrative often plays a large role in its overall quality, and we wanted to recognize that with this award!

Since two of the major pieces that work together to create a complete cinematic experience are a film’s visuals and audio, we thought it would be important to highlight them for our Siftie awards.

An acting ensemble is often an important ingredient to a successful film, and we wanted to recognize that with this award!

This is a category that is woefully underrepresented at awards shows, so we sought to remedy that! 

Amidst a landscape that can at times feel oversaturated, there were still five shows that were able to stand out among the rest.
