In a way, The Thing feels like something of an upside-down version of Jaws

this is another film that I am very happy to have checked off my list of shame.

I was thoroughly impressed by the stellar performances and the impeccably aged comedy. 

I totally understand the crowning of Nora Ephron, Tom Hanks, and Meg Ryan as rom com royalty

Wuthering Heights doesn’t earn true classic status.

I have no idea how I’ve made it this far in life without watching Field of Dreams.

Watch them only for the morbid curiosity. 

Giant is a fantastic film that deserves it place amongst the classics

I couldn’t be happier that I had the opportunity to check out this ‘70s gem!

Invasion of the Body Snatchers one of those films that has stayed in my mind since I saw it
